About Me
I am a creative consultant on all things digital marketing. With expertise in copywriting, social media management, content creation, analytics, and branding, I can resolve whatever issues you have and help you to meet your goals.
Growing up in my hometown, Newport News, VA, I always had a passion for writing. From going above and beyond on school assignments, to creating birthday cards for my siblings with personalized poems, I relished in using the written word to express myself creatively. After receiving my Bachelor’s in Mass Communications from Norfolk State University, I worked in the non-profit sector while also providing my freelance services. When I decided it was time to expand my skillset I decided to enroll in the Interactive Media Master’s Degree program at Elon University. While there I found my favorite things to learn about were digital marketing, branding, search engine optimization, WordPress, and producing various forms of content. I use these skills not only as a freelance social media manager, but as digital marketing manager for the Yap App. When I’m not helping small businesses and non-profit organizations with their digital marketing strategies you can find me doing yoga, skateboarding, reading a new book (while neglecting the old books I have yet to read), or streaming something on one of many apps.
